* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow with low visibility expected.
  Snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting to 40
  mph. Visibility one half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...Lower Yukon River.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
  will significantly reduce visibility. Snow drifts will form.
